Shipping & Returns

The Charm Stand loves the USPS—its roots are older than the country itself! So, unless otherwise requested, expect your package, rain or shine, to arrive to you via the US Mail.

There is a flat rate for shipping on all domestic orders. As this is a small business (it’s just me!), some pieces might be made to order. As such, please allow up to two weeks for shipping. If you are interested in faster delivery please contact me at ameliatoelke@gmail.com

For international orders, there is a standard flat rate fee of $20. Any international duty or VAT taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Each item at the Charm Stand is made by hand. If there are any defects in the craftsmanship I will make sure to correct them. Please contact me at within 14 days of purchase to report any issues.

It is important to me that you love your item. In the event that you are not completely happy with your piece however, you may return it (in its original condition) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping and insurance will be the responsibility of the customer. Please send an email to receive a return shipping address.
